I’ve been making websites since 1998. I am an individual offering a bespoke service, not a corporate entity offering slick marketing and slow action. What you will get is a human at the other end of the phone/email/messages. Most of my customers are, very long term indeed. I never use AI and never will. I don’t outsource, all work is by me.

Q: That would mean you are expensive then? A: Afraid not, about the same as a self-build service like Wix or Squarespace – probably less then them though. I refuse to charge absurd money for my work, it’s unfair on the customer.

However, I offer this as a single package: everything sorted out for you.

My customers are mostly very long term customers indeed. The agenda is not “bums on seats”, as in, I don’t attempt to on-board as many customers as possible. The objective was always to service a small portfolio and to deliver a bespoke service giving our full attention to them.

This carries on long after the site is made: SEO monitoring, website updates and hosting optimisation.

Q: This is too good to be true? A: My webdesign started as a hobby in 1998 and over the years I realised exactly what the customer needs which is exactly what I’d like to expect from a web designer. This is why I have a small portfolio of very long term customers.
